DEPOSITS

Mandatory deposit that DOES go toward your service.  

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for cancellations and rescheduling.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEUDLING

 2-day grace period to reschedule for the deposit to still apply towards your services.

After 2 days, you must restart the booking process

 

CHILDREN DROP OFF SERVICES

  • Drop-Off Only: Due to our suite-style setup, we do not have a designated waiting area. For this reason, we are only able to accommodate drop-off services.

  • Parent/Guardian Notification: Parents or guardians will receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to the completion of services to allow ample time for pick-up.

  • Safety & Care: While in our care, each child will be treated with patience, professionalism, and kindness. Our goal is to create an enjoyable and stress-free experience for every client.

LATE FEES

There is a 10 minute grace period before a $5 late fee is assessed every 5 minutes. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled.

YES this applies to all my CLIENTS all FAMILY and FRIENDS.

 

COVID-19

Please during this time of Corona do not book if feeling sick if. If you feel sick on day of appointment we can reschedule!

 

Mask are required no mask, no appointment

Mask available for purchase - $3 mask fee

Unless being serviced, no extra guests are allowed.
